Led by design directors Ariana Villalta and Ali Vanderpool, The Elegant Abode creates homes that are comfortable, thoughtful and personal. The interiors they design range from vintage to modern; crafting timeless and unique spaces. Their signature look of neutral palettes, vintage furnishings and classic details are the basis to which each home is crafted.

One of the draws of this team, beyond their down-to-earth, friendly demeanor, is their ability to bring a fresh approach and vibrancy to each of their projects. The design duo work hand in hand with each client to ensure every expectation is met with an extraordinary level of service. They oversee each step of the design process collaborating with contractors and architects to achieve the highest quality results.

Ariana Villalta studied fashion and interior design at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. Her background includes furniture and hospitality design, along with high end residential project management. She currently resides in Westport, CT with her husband, delightful daughter and crazy, but adorable dog. Ariana's design motto: Create beautiful, functional homes that families can enjoy for years to come!

Ali Vanderpool graduated from the New York School of Interior Design where she developed an enriched understanding and appreciation of all styles and periods of design. She previously worked in two different Manhattan based high-end, residential firms. She currently lives in Scarsdale, NY with her husband, exquisite daughter and two spoiled dogs. Her design motto: sometimes you need to throw out the rules and follow your heart; it's much better to have comfort than an over calculated space no one can enjoy.
